Sustainability in the food supply chain is already a reality and no longer a niche expected by the environmentally conscient few. Sustainability is an inherent expectation by the customers, investors and also the right thing to do.
As sustainability becomes a mainstream requirement, the regulators are already joining in and drafting the relevant regulations.

Without a solid sustainability strategy the continuity of operations might be at risk.
