3D Food Printing offers great opportunities for both industry and consumers as it provides unique possibilities with respect to personalization and other product properties. In this presentation examples will be presented of various printers and applications that TNO has been, or is currently working on together with its commercial partners. Examples include printers for high end confectionary products; personalized nutrition; protein structuring and the creation of meat replacement products; and printers allowing continuous larger scale production.
